By booking or receiving a treatment with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful experience for all clients.

1. Services Provided

Montira Thai Therapy offers professional Thai, sports and relaxation massage treatments. All services are strictly therapeutic and non-medical. Treatments are not a substitute for medical care and are provided only by qualified, insured professionals.

2. Appointments & Bookings

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • A confirmation email or text will be sent once your booking is complete.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for consultation and relaxation.

  • If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to respect other clients’ bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged in full.

  • Cancellations can be made via your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

  • We accept cash, card, or online payments through Wix or Square.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Prices are listed clearly on our website and may be updated periodically.

5. Health & Medical Information

  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before treatment.

  • Certain conditions may require the treatment to be adapted, postponed or declined for safety reasons.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that massage therapy is appropriate for your health needs.

6. Professional Conduct

  • Montira Thai Therapy provides a safe, respectful and professional environment for all clients.

  • Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or displays inappropriate conduct.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal and medical information provided is treated as strictly confidential.

  • Client data is stored securely and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your information will only be used for bookings, consultations and treatment purposes.

8. Liability

  • All treatments are carried out by a qualified and insured therapist.

  • Montira Thai Therapy accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage that may occur during or after treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.

  • Clients agree to release Montira Thai Therapy and its staff from any liability arising from participation in massage therapy.

9. Social Media & Promotions

  • We may share updates, offers, or wellness information through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

  • Clients’ photos or testimonials will only be shared on social media with explicit written consent.

  • You can opt out of receiving updates at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes in our business or policies. All updates will be posted on our website with the date of revision.
